时差综合症

好像由西向东飞,时差综合症 jet lag, 较难调, 已经10天了, 我还是日夜颠倒。。。身体的免疫力也下降。。。

jet lag 时差综合症

生物节律的周期性,常称为生物時鐘。

向东旅行是在 追太陽,白天縮短了,身体要缩短原來的生物节律,生理上比較難追趕上。。

向西旅行,白日的延长,身体延长其生理节律,比較容易些。。

时差造成睡眠失调。机体抵抗力下降,容易感冒腹泻心血管病脑血管病等。


jet lag=fall behind  results from an imbalance in our body's natural "biological clock" 生物時鐘 caused by traveling to different time zones. Basically, our bodies work on a 24-hour cycle called "circadian rhythms." “昼=晝zhou夜节律” These rhythms are measured by the distinct rise and fall of body temperature, plasma levels of certain hormones and other biological conditions. All of these are influenced by our exposure to sunlight and help determine when we sleep and when we wake. 

When traveling to a new time zone, our circadian rhythms are slow to adjust and remain on their original biological schedule for several days. This results in our bodies telling us it is time to sleep, when it's actually the middle of the afternoon, or it makes us want to stay awake when it is late at night. This experience is known as jet lag. 

Minimize some of the side effects of jet lag.

Upon boarding the plane, change your watch to the destination time zone. 

Avoid alcohol or caffeine at least three to four hours before bedtime.
